CHIOS MASTIC TEARS
Mastic, often referred to as the “Tears of Chios” or the “White Gold of Chios,” is a product produced only on that particular Greek island. The European Union has designated it a “protected designation of origin” product, confirming that only Chios can produce authentic "mastiha". Use it to add a special aroma to ice cream, baking, desserts but even savoury dishes. Pairs well with cardamom.
