This is the spicy version of the traditional Greek Bouyiourntí spread. The classic recipe is slightly altered using a sweeter, creamier Feta cheese, to provide a little bit less acidity. The spices used are hotter and so it is both smoother and spicier than the "classic" recipe. Enjoy as an appetizer, as a bread spread or as a dip for vegetables or bread sticks. It goes perfectly well with sausages and burgers.
