ROSEHIP APERITIF (APÉRITIF GRATTE-CUL BLANC CYNORHODON)
It is with the juice of the rosehip, this fruit of the rose hips that I make this original but nevertheless traditional aperitif. Its aroma reminds me of those pre-war aperitifs of which you can still see old metal advertising signs on the walls of roadside houses. We have concocted two recipes: a red aperitif; and a white aperitif, the 2 pair! To drink chilled without ice cubes, that's how it's best!
