PARSLEY
Parsley is, perhaps, the most popular herb in the Mediterranean cuisine; its light aroma and clean, fresh flavor are irreplaceable. The presence of dried parsley in blends balances and enhances the flavors of other seasonings.
Culinary use: Goes especially well with bouquets garnis, stews, soups, stocks, fish, meats, chicken, sauces, béchamel, potatoes, beans. Combine with rosemary, thyme, onion, parsley, allspice, oregano, garlic, sage.
